Who is Readmyquote for?
Readmyquote is for photographers, designers, independent consultants and small studios that need to present services and collect client enquiries. It is not limited to businesses in Hong Kong. Core product pages are available in English and Traditional Chinese.
How does Readmyquote work?
Choose a template or create a form, add your services, prices and questions, then publish and share the link. Clients submit their requirements and contact details. You can review responses in your dashboard and arrange the follow-up.
How much does Readmyquote cost?
Free costs US$0. Pro costs US$9 billed monthly or US$90 billed yearly. Studio costs US$29 billed monthly or US$290 billed yearly. All prices are in US dollars; monthly and annual plans have different billing periods.
Do the 30 free responses reset every month?
No. Free includes 1 form with up to 30 stored responses per form, not a monthly allowance. Pro allows up to 3,000 responses per form and Studio up to 10,000 responses per form.
Do clients need WhatsApp or a Readmyquote account?
No. Clients can fill in a public form without a Readmyquote account. Form owners can use standard submission or choose a follow-up flow that opens WhatsApp after submission. WhatsApp is optional.
Does Readmyquote confirm bookings or collect client payments?
Readmyquote collects enquiries and appointment requests. Submitting a date does not confirm availability. Displaying prices does not automatically generate a formal quotation. Stripe is used for Readmyquote subscription billing, not for form owners to collect payments from their clients.
Which plan includes branding and custom domains?
Studio includes a landing-page layout with a cover, about section and gallery, plus removal of Readmyquote branding. Pro includes custom URL slugs. Custom domains are not currently available and are different from custom URL slugs.
Can I try Readmyquote before signing up?
Yes. Guest mode lets you try the form editor. You need an account to publish a form and collect responses. No credit card is required to create a free account.
Does using Readmyquote automatically satisfy privacy laws?
No. Collect only necessary information, explain its purpose and handle consent and retention under the laws that apply to your business. Refer to the privacy policy for the platform’s data-handling information.
