Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Readmyquote (the "Service"), operated by Tsun Company ("we", "us", "our"), you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at cs@readmyquote.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Free plan: limited to 1 form and 30 submissions.
• Pro plan: USD $9/month or annual equivalent, billed via Stripe; up to 3000 submissions per form.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel anytime via the customer portal.
• Refunds are issued only as required by law or at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Collect data unlawfully or without proper consent from respondents.
• Distribute spam, malware, phishing, or fraudulent content.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Harass, defame, or threaten others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
• Process sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) without ensuring appropriate legal compliance and safeguards.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules without prior notice.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create or collect through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and consent to collect and process any data submitted to your forms. You act as the data controller for submissions; we act as the data processor.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks ("Readmyquote"), is owned by Tsun Company. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service. No other rights are granted.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tsun Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tsun Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account anytime by emailing cs@readmyquote.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for legal reasons. Upon termination, your access ceases and your data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong SAR. Where applicable consumer protection laws of your residence provide stronger protections, those will apply.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
